For some reason this location is not actually open when they say they are. Website, their app, Google, and their Facebook page will all say they are open and when you get there either the opening time is off an hour or they are actually closed for the day. Very frustrating.

If your hours of operation are posted on your door and on the website, you should honor those hours . Don’t say you open at 9am when you don’t open until 10am

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes. After I was called in someone walked in behind me and I was told I would have to wait. 20 minutes later I went back inside and my name was not on the list. The stylist was rude in my opinion and I left to go somewhere else to spend my money. First ever bad experience at a sportclips.
