Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of East Chase

I moved to MGM 3 years ago and tried a few places. I liked this one best because of consistency etc. Been there many times (East Chase). However I am DONE! It is not the people or the cut they have done a good job and been kind, all that is fine. I refuse to sit in that environment with ESPN (not sports but News Network) playing the Negative Talk Shows! Will not be going back. They used to show sports or even talk about sports, now it is politics and how bad people are. I have already found some other place. Sorry, it was good.

Do not try to use the online check in service. It does not work. You check in online and get to the store to check in and everything is great. And then you are already waiting 20 minutes all the time you are next then all of a sudden you have to wait another 30 minutes. It would help if someone in there could help you but customer service is horrble.

Jasmine and Christine worked together to provide a great experience despite my son with special needs not cooperating at times. They both demonstrated a lot of patience and were very kind to me and my son. They made it work so we could both get our hair cut at the same time sitting next to each other which made our time there shorter. That was especially helpful since my son doesn’t like to stay places very long. We will be back again.
