For some reason this location is not actually open when they say they are. Website, their app, Google, and their Facebook page will all say they are open and when you get there either the opening time is off an hour or they are actually closed for the day. Very frustrating.

If your hours of operation are posted on your door and on the website, you should honor those hours . Don’t say you open at 9am when you don’t open until 10am

I moved to MGM 3 years ago and tried a few places. I liked this one best because of consistency etc. Been there many times (East Chase). However I am DONE! It is not the people or the cut they have done a good job and been kind, all that is fine. I refuse to sit in that environment with ESPN (not sports but News Network) playing the Negative Talk Shows! Will not be going back. They used to show sports or even talk about sports, now it is politics and how bad people are. I have already found some other place. Sorry, it was good.
